Hardware Warranty

Coverage

For one year from the original delivery date, FieldFire warrants that the Spark Controller will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, documented use.

Remedy

After diagnosis, FieldFire may repair the controller, replace it with the same or functionally equivalent hardware, or provide another remedy required by applicable law. Replacement hardware may be new or professionally serviced.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover abuse, liquid exposure, accident, unauthorized repair or modification, incorrect power, unsupported cabling, venue installation, cosmetic wear that does not impair operation, third-party equipment, internet service, Spotify service, or music licensing.

Claims

Contact FieldFire with the order information, controller identity, problem description, and requested diagnostic information. Do not send hardware until FieldFire provides instructions.

Legal rights

This limited warranty provides specific rights. Other rights may apply based on the customer’s location and cannot be excluded where applicable law does not permit exclusion.
