FieldFire policy

Terms of Service

Terms governing the FieldFire storefront, Spark purchase, and connected service use.

Last updated August 16, 2026

Agreement

By using the FieldFire storefront, purchasing hardware, or using FieldFire services, the customer agrees to these terms and the policies linked at checkout. Customers must have authority to place orders and configure venue equipment.

Product scope

The $299 Spark order includes one physical FieldFire Spark Controller and the FieldFire capabilities explicitly listed on the order. Speakers, screens, Spotify service, music, music licensing, internet, power, cabling, installation, and third-party integrations are separate unless the order explicitly includes them.

Spotify and third-party services

Spark includes permanent FieldFire access to supported Spotify playback control. Spotify Premium, authorization, an active supported playback device, and internet are required. Spotify and other third-party services can change, interrupt, restrict, or discontinue their services independently of FieldFire.

Music rights

The customer is responsible for obtaining music, public-performance, venue, league, and other permissions required for its use. FieldFire does not supply a music license or legal advice about music use.

Orders and availability

Prices, availability, shipping options, and taxes are shown during checkout. FieldFire may reject or cancel an order affected by fraud, error, unsupported destination, inventory shortage, or an inability to fulfill. Any captured payment for a canceled order will be handled through the original payment method.

Acceptable use

Customers may not misuse the storefront or FieldFire services, interfere with security, access another customer’s information, distribute malicious code, or use the service unlawfully. Device software and branding may not be copied or resold except as permitted by applicable license terms.

Service changes and integrations

FieldFire may improve, replace, or discontinue features while maintaining purchased hardware rights required by applicable law. Integration-ready language does not guarantee support for every scoreboard, mixer, API, webhook, or venue configuration.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldFire is not responsible for third-party outages, music-rights disputes, venue installation, customer network or power failures, or indirect and consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit FieldFire to exclude.

Policy relationship

The published shipping, return, warranty, and privacy policies form part of these terms. If checkout terms provide greater mandatory consumer protection, that protection controls.
