What is FieldFire Spark?
Spark is the physical FieldFire controller for player walk-ups, Hype cues, game context, and compatible audience display output.
Does the $299 Spark include a display?
No. Spark can use a compatible customer-provided screen through a browser or HDMI path. FieldFire display packages are sold separately.
Does Spark include speakers?
No. Your venue provides the speakers, amplifier or mixer when needed, and audio cabling.
Is Spotify control included?
Yes. Spotify playback control is included permanently with Spark. Spotify Premium, an authorized Spotify account, an active supported playback device, and internet access are separate requirements.
Does Spark stream Spotify by itself?
Spark controls a supported Spotify playback workflow. Spotify provides the service and the music plays through an authorized playback device and your venue audio path.
Can we use our own walk-up audio files?
Yes. Assign customer-provided local audio to players and cue it from the operator workflow. Your team remains responsible for music permissions and licensing.
Can each player have a different walk-up song?
Yes. FieldFire supports player and team walk-up assignments so the operator can select the batter and cue the assigned audio.
Can audio and the display change together?
Yes. Hype cues can run in audio-only, display-only, or combined audio-and-display modes when the required outputs are configured.
Does Spark run the game automatically?
The operator stays in control. FieldFire can surface recommendations from supported game context, and the operator chooses when to fire the moment.
Does Spark need internet?
Spotify and connected online services need internet. Local operator, local audio, and local display workflows depend on the venue configuration and can be set up for local use.
Will Spark work with our current speakers and TV?
Often, but compatibility depends on the inputs, cabling, network, and audio path. Use the setup checker before ordering if the venue configuration is unclear.
Who can operate Spark?
Spark is designed for coaches, parents, boosters, and volunteers. Set up the roster and cues before the game, then run the active game from the operator controls.
When will Spark ship?
Spark ships within 3-5 business days after order confirmation. Carrier transit time begins after shipment.
What are the return and warranty terms?
Spark has a 30-day return window and a one-year hardware warranty. Review the published policies for eligibility, coverage, and the support process.
